Villa Venezia Bardolino is located in Bardolino in the „Villaggio Bellavista“, a quiet residential area 1 km from the center of Bardolino.
The villa is equipped with every comfort for a pleasant and exclusive stay.

Bardolino is a charming village on Lake Garda in the province of Verona. Once an ancient fishing village, today it is one of the main destinations, where art and tradition blend with modernity and fun.

The modern villa has a double bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. On request we can add a third single bed. It features a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven and a large living room. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with a large dining table with lake view. The holiday home is surrounded by a large private and completely fenced garden.

In summer, the access to the residential swimming pool of the Villaggio Bellavista is free for our guests. It is located behind the house for diving into the cool water during a hot summer day.

Booking

To confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay is due at the time of the booking.
If the deposit is not paid, the reservation will be canceled.
The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the guest.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Arrival & departure

On the day of arrival, the apartment will be available from 4 p.m.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m.
A valid ID must be presented upon arrival.
A damage deposit of 150 euros in cash is required. The deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure, as long as there has been no damage to the property.
As an alternative to the deposit, we ask the guest’s credit card details. We reserve the right and authorize ourselves to charge the guest’s credit card for any damage to the apartment and for any missing items.

Cancellation policy

Up to 2 months before arrival the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Up to 1 month before arrival 50% of the total amount will be charged on the guest’s account.
Up to 14 days before arrival 70% of the total amount will be charged.
If the guest doesn’t inform us and there is no prior written cancellation, we have to charge the entire amount of the stay.

Other

Pets are allowed only on request (with surcharge).
In the house smoking and parties are prohibited.
We provide an extra cleaning service on request (with surcharge).
We do not accept credit card payments.
